Refund policy

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days:

  • For in-store purchases, returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • For online orders, returns must be shipped or delivered to us within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear. All original tags and labels must remain attached.

A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Jewelry and accessories designated as final sale

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase

  • Items without their original tags and labels

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because merchandise availability can change quickly, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size, color, or style will be available. Please contact us before returning an item if you would like to request an exchange.

If the requested item is unavailable, an approved return will be refunded to the original payment method.

Gifts

Eligible gift returns may be issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method can only be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages that do not include tracking.

Please do not return merchandise to the manufacturer.
